Certification and Java Compatibility

SapMachine LTS releases have all passed the Java Compatibility Kit (JCK). We've certified the following platform/OS combinations:

SapMachine 17:

• x86 (64bit) / Ubuntu 20.04
• x86 (64bit) / RHEL 8.5
• x86 (64bit) / SLES 15
• x86 (64bit) / Windows Server 2022
• ppc64le / SLES 15
• aarch64 / macOS 11.6
• aarch64 / RHEL 9

SapMachine 11:

• x86 (64bit) / Ubuntu 14.04
• x86 (64bit) / macOS 10.14
• x86 (64bit) / macOS 10.15
• x86 (64bit) / Windows 10
• ppc64le / SLES 12
• ppc64le / RHEL 7.3
• ppc64 / SLES 11.04

This, however, does not mean that the mentioned OS release versions are the only versions supported for a specific SapMachine release.
