Feature Request: Configurable Animated Loader for 3DS Redirect Pages

Summary

Add support for configurable animated loaders (Lottie animations or GIFs) on HyperSwitch 3DS redirect pages to allow merchants to customize the loading experience with their own branding.

Background

Currently, HyperSwitch uses a hardcoded Lottie animation for the loader displayed during 3DS authentication flows. This loader is embedded directly in the HTML templates and cannot be customized by merchants who are hosting their own HyperSwitch orchestration.

Problem Statement

When merchants host HyperSwitch orchestration, they want to maintain consistent branding throughout the payment flow, including the 3DS redirect pages. The current implementation forces all merchants to use the same HyperSwitch-branded loader animation, which may not align with their brand identity.

We recognize that configurable loaders would give merchants greater flexibility to align 3DS flows with their brand identity. While it may take some time before this becomes part of our roadmap, I’ll share updates once it’s been prioritized.
