wavesurfer.js plugin for mkdocs

Hi!

I've made a wavesurfer plugin for mkdocs.

If a site is using mkdocs-material, a popular theme/framework for mkdocs, the plugin can adapt the waveform color to the color theme.

The plugin is in use on one of my own sites. Pull requests for the plugin repo are welcome.
