Support docstring display in Test explorer, Extension or LSP, or vscode itself?

I think it would be very helpful if the docstring contents were displayed when you hover the mouse cursor over an individual test in the Test Explorer.

I think this would be especially useful for non-native English speakers, but I'm sure it would be useful for native speakers as well.

I expect this feature will accelerate the adoption of TDD.

Should the feature be added to vscode itself? or LSP's or Extention of each languages?
