Currently, when a PR conversation is resolved, then it collapses. I would like to have more control over this. I propose:

1. option to toggle collapsing all resolved conversations in a PR
2. option to make resolved conversations that are uncollapsed to have a green border around this or a green background color. Colors give faster information than a simple note at the end of the conversation john_doe marked this conversation as resolved.

The reasoning:
Conversations provide information that can be helpful for other reviewers that did not take part in the conversation. It can also be a knowledge propagation. Uncollapsing a resolved conversation one by one is a bad DX. Let's allow to uncollapse all at once.
