Teacher status reverification issue

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to revalidate my status, but the system requires location verification. This semester, I'm visiting a school in another country, and the validation keeps failing—even when I connect through the school's VPN.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or found a workaround?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @xuleimath,

Make sure to enable location on both your OS and your browser. If the verification still fails, it's most likely because you're connected to a VPN, even if it's your school's VPN. In that case, you should reapply when you'll be back at your school.
