Impossible to get github education and github pro with student id

Hello GitHub Education Support Team,

I am writing to kindly request a manual review of my recently rejected application for the GitHub Student Developer Pack.

My application was rejected because my student identification was not accepted. I understand the automated system has strict requirements, but I believe my ID is valid and proves my current academic status.

Could a human agent please take another look? I am ready to provide any additional information or better-quality photos through a private channel to verify my status.

GitHub no longer provides manual reviews. I notice that you haven't completed your GitHub profile with your full name, which is required for the application, so make sure to fill in your billing information and GitHub profile with your full name exactly as it appears on your academic proof, then log out and log back into GitHub before reapplying.

Your first and last name, complete school name, and a date demonstrating current academic affiliation must appear in your document.
Make sure the image is clear and easy to read; if it looks blurry, please take a new photo. 👈
