I am having the same error, tried with pip install and pip3 install in a Google colab notebook from H2O.ai. When I run pip show I get:
Name: pyngrok
Version: 7.3.0
Summary: A Python wrapper for ngrok
but when I try to import I get ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pyngrok'
