I'm doing this against the v4 branch as v4 has so many breaking changes, doing this in main seemed daft.
If there's any urgency to close #265 then I recommend merging to main and not v4.v4 will only be shipped when Todoist API v1 is public, which won't happen at least in the next few weeks.
I'm ok with that. I can tell the user that it's v4 and they can try out the pre-release package. |

This PR adds the ability to be able to move tasks.
Under the hood, this is actually using a sync command rather than the REST/Sync API. This is basically missing functionality as it can't be done via the REST API.
