Steps to reproduce

1. Connect Phone and Computer
2. Play Music on the Phone via YouTube Music (Premium, so background player is possible)
3. Press the button to delete all notifications in Gnome Desktop

Hmm. Some questions:

1. Does YouTube Music display a persistent notification on the phone while it's playing?
2. Does dismissing this persistent notification stop the player?

If the answer to both of those is "yes", I'd suggest disabling notification mirroring for the YouTube Music app, specifically.

(You can do that by going into KDE Connect Android, selecting the paired device running GSConnect, choosing "Plugin Settings" from the ⋮ menu, tapping on "Notification sync", and unchecking YouTube Music from the list that comes up.)

Would that work, to solve this? If dismissing YouTube Music's notification makes it stop playing, and you want to be able to clear your desktop notifications, the best option is if that notification is never mirrored. Then it can't be dismissed.
