Add query id to error messages when possible ClickHouse/clickhouse-odbc#518 Added Query ID to error messages. This is especially helpful for debugging the #419: Incomplete input stream bug, as it helps locate the corresponding query in system.query_log.
Add ClientName paramter ClickHouse/clickhouse-odbc#520 Added a ClientName parameter to the driver configuration. This parameter will be included in the User-Agent header of each request to ClickHouse, fixes Allow client name setting for user agent ClickHouse/clickhouse-odbc#459.

there is some big dep change per ClickHouse/clickhouse-odbc#456, now it needs nanodbc, but currently nanodbc fails to build due to nanodbc/nanodbc#387
