Overview

This brings in a more responsive design with proper alignment of the elements. It includes the ability to surface cert information with a config option and surfaces pending and maintenance statuses in addition to up and down statuses. This also fixes a bug where entries that inherently do not have a response time were being given 1ms.

The UI is now vertically aligned and will nicely compact down as the screen width gets smaller.
