[Bug]: Card Home doesn't show the priority asset balance when Linea is not selected

Describe the bug

If Linea is not selected in the new Network Selector under the Tokens tab, the Card Home UI displays the balance as 0.

Expected behavior

The balance should be displayed independently of the network selected in the Network Selector.

Steps to reproduce

1. Select Ethereum Mainnet under the new Network Selector on the Tokens tab.
2. Open the Card Home screen by pressing the Card button.
3. Observe that the balance displays as 0 (if the user has 0 balance for the priority token on Ethereum Mainnet).
