Text at animated title changes into OOOOOOOOOO when font is changed.

Describe the bug:
Text at animated title changes into OOOOOOOOOO when font is changed.
Note that I have this behaviour on Linux see screen shot at #5818 and it seems also on Win11 see the below screenshot

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create animated title as in the attached image
2. change font
3. refresh

Expected behavior:
The chosen font to appear.
