No one noticed this problem until now, I noticed it in my first game, I didn't remember the intro being so broken, thanks to Satan for helping me use old builds with my Zen 5 CPU in the config file by putting “znver3” in Use LLVM CPU

Possibly some changes on CI/CD as recently happened for MSVC? Apparently, the regressing build should not be responsible for a such kind of regression

This is obviously not a valid error report, since the reporter a) did not use the default configuration and b) used the "Unlock FPS" patch. According to my tests this patch seems to be the problem. When turned off the intro video plays fine.

Both default and custom config works fine, never thought about it (even using the Vblank 120hz, only reaches 57 fps instead of 60)
So it make sense I pointed out that build, that one breaks the Unlock FPS patch, I know the patches are not allowed, but some reports with patches have already been reported (R&C Freeze fix and the Sonic 2006 canary patch for example)

IMO if a PR broke something previously working it should always be reviewed and fixed. It is possible that #13415 affects also other games. Not clear to me if that PR was targeted to have impacts on existing patches. If not, it is another reason for investigation
