Default viewbox is bad #120
Description
The default width="24" height="24" viewBox="0 0 24 24" has whitespace all around the icons, it is a real pain to deal with. There should not be any whitespace, the viewbox should be adjusted accordingly by default, if users want whitespace they can add margin to the element.
