Launching and running tasks on edge worker seems to be broken. There seems to be several unix/linux specific layers that would need cleanup to restore this functionality back

Instructions here https://airflow.apache.org/docs/apache-airflow-providers-edge3/stable/install_on_windows.html don't work on Airflow 3 with windows
