Move introduction to Apollo Link out of API reference section #12810
Description
As part of #12806, we discussed moving the Apollo Link introduction around to another part of the documentation. The overview is currently in the API reference section, but this page is more of a general overview on how to use links rather than an actual API reference.
This isn't a blocker for 4.0 launch but we'd like to improve the flow here.
