Run the app using Docker

### Overview

The idea is to improve the project setup running the application via Docker.
Currently we are running it only for PSQL, Redis and Mailcatcher.

The idea is to add another service called `app` which run the application.

With this change we will obtain:

- Portability
- Consistency
- Scalability
- Efficiency
- Security
