What changes are you suggesting?

Add information saying that cookie rules require business or enterprise plans. I spent hours trying to get it to work only to stumble on this article saying they require a business or enterprise plan to function.

If the "Bypass Cache on Cookie" page had this information it would have saved me much frustration.
