RTL support for the Landscape (right-aligned & localized headings)

While working on the Persian (fa) localization in `kubernetes/website`, we noticed that the Landscape page lacks full RTL support. Specifically:

- Headings on the Landscape should be right-aligned when `dir="rtl"`.

- Headings should be translatable and displayed in the localized language.

These changes will improve readability and consistency for RTL languages such as Persian.
