Update luajit to latest version

• cocos2d-x version: 3.17.1, 3.17.2

v3.17.1 updated luajit to 2.1.0-beta3, but developers reported that it may cause random crash on arm64 devices. And latest luajit lib can fix the crash. And don't forget to update the bins in cocos console(tools/cocos2d-console/plugins/plugin_luacompile/bin.
