📜 Description

1. continuous success notifications coming for Post CD with some uneven interval.
2. the ci/pre-cd/post-cd workflows are marked as success in case of pod termination.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. configure notification for post-cd event and trigger post-cd and observe the issue of getting multiple notification emails.
2. when node get terminated the status of ci/pre-cd/post-cd is marked as success on UI.

👍 Expected behavior

1. should get only one notification.
2. should get failed status on UI.

👎 Actual Behavior

1. continuous success notifications coming for Post CD with some uneven interval.
2. the ci/pre-cd/post-cd workflows are marked as success in case of pod termination.
