Allow putting snap assistant to bottom because GNOME has a top panel but has no bottom panel by default. domferr#26
16px makes user unable to trigger snap assistant on bottom because snap assistant happens to be 16px when it is not enlarged.
Otherwise user must keep very precisious movement because if they reach edges snap assistant will be closed and edge tiling is started. They are not conflict because typically user still has a large area to trigger edge tiling except snap assistant.

Hey, thank you for your contribution! For some reasons I missed your pull request. It is interesting to have the snap assistant to the bottom. Do you use it and do you see bugs or improvements needed? |

I've used it for some time after I implement it, it works fine. |

It would be great to put snap assistant at bottom. because GNOME has a top panel but no bottom panel by default, and top-center is already for maximize.
