Fix preview version given we have shipped 3 previews already

Description

During the beginning of 9.0, we shipped 3 previews of Aspire 9.0 before we stopped and just focused on 8.0. Now that we are going to ship 9.0 preview again, we need to fix branding so that it correctly reflects what the next preview is.
