Addendum to #8618

  • Ignore MTP's exit code 8 ("no tests ran") - this may occur when a quarantined tests has additional OS-specific restrictions (e.g., can only run on Linux), which can't be found at the interrogation stage
  • Always upload test results (even for successful runs)
