Rename setup.exe

Description

I'm unable to rename the output executable and icon for said executable. I'd like all of my ClickOnce applications to be released to the same network directory. The inability to change output file name is blocking use of ClickOnce.

Windows 10, x64

Other information

I've read workarounds for manually renaming the executable and changing the icon. I'm not interested in manual solutions because it provided room for error.
