[Docs] Please add a link to the Visual Studio How To, for using their wizard #9181

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I am trying to evaluate which of the tools to use or maybe even use both (CLI and VS Wizard) but while I did find the dotnet guide for templating just fine, I was unable to fine a link on your docs to for example that alternative.
Describe the solution you'd like.
Could someone please add a link to that docs?
Not saying to redirect to Competition if it is even one (I would not think it is) but just to enable comparing the possible options and with that, you could help us also to decide that dotnet cli templating might indeed be what we want, so more of an additional pro argument 👍
Additional context
I am currently working on a PR for a dotnet new template and am using the wiki guide (why isnt there a docs just like docfx provides? just curious 🙃) but while its using http://json.schemastore.org/template.json I am not able to get suggestions from vs code intellisense for "symbol>choices" item parameters.
