Description

Add a component to check whether a given Ethereum or Dusk address is eligible for ITN2 rewards and how much the reward is.

ITN2 ran two different programs:

• ERC20 DUSK staking on Ethereum
• Node running on the Dusk ITN2 network

User's provide the respective address they used for one of the programs and get the rewards for the specific activity they participated in. If the user is not eligible, the component will tell the provided address is not eligible for ITN2 rewards.
