A few things to discuss if we have time:

• Will CL clients benefit if the proposal on engine_getBlockBodies accepted
• Should validators attest to fully verified head if optimistic sync is in progress?
  • CL reaction to SYNCING response status post-Merge consensus-specs#2735
  • Nodes may get stuck due to parent availability issue with transition block consensus-specs#2732
• If the merge transition block isn't accepted by the network and either its parent or a sister becomes the head of the beacon chain, should the nodes switch their EL fork choice rule back to PoW? Clarification on get_pow_block consensus-specs#2636 (comment)
