According to lib/README.md and lib/decompress/zstd_decompress_block.c, the
ZSTD_FORCE_DECOMPRESS_*macros should be namedZSTD_FORCE_DECOMPRESS_SEQUENCES_SHORTandZSTD_FORCE_DECOMPRESS_SEQUENCES_LONG.
