  • Add ZSTD_setFParams() and ZSTD_setParams()
  • Modify ZSTD_setCParams() to use ZSTD_setParameter() to avoid a second path setting parameters
  • Add unit tests
  • Update documentation to suggest using them to replace deprecated functions
