[Help wanted] Request for testing on macOS 26 Tahoe Beta

According to the screenshot of WWDC25

1. OS is missing
2. DE should be Liquid Glass instead of Aqua

Both issues should be fixed in the dev branch. Platform API of GPU should correctly report Metal 4 too.

If someone wants to help:

1. cat /System/Library/CoreServices/SystemVersion.plist. If it fails, sw_ver
2. Download the nightly build and run fastfetch -c all

I have macOS 26.0 Tahoe Beta installed on my M4 Mac Mini.

It's strange that /System/Library/CoreServices/SystemVersion.plist does report 26.0 but fastfetch detects the OS version 16.0

You may paste the result of following commands for more information. Thanks.

2. sysctl kern.osproductversion && sysctl kern.osversion

It's quite strange. The code I compiled locally indeed shows 26, but when compiled in CI, it shows 16. Both are of version 2.46.0. Could there be anything else that affects this?

It may relate to MACOSX_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET

Whatever. I forced fastfetch reporting 26.0 if it detects the macOS version being 16.0. I will check it later on Tahoe release version.
