Feature Request Send Screen Size Over BLE via Custom Characteristic

Introduce a custom BLE characteristic in the FOSSASIA badge firmware to expose the screen size (width x height). This will enable Badge Magic Flutter and other clients to dynamically adapt the display data to the correct resolution.
