Add option to exclude holidays from copilot metrics #233
Description
Use https://github.com/commenthol/date-holidays
to exclude holidays from copilot results.
User local should be read from headers and passed to API using Options class.
In API - metrics - when a flag is passed to excludeHolidays, non-working days should be excluded from the result set.
Options to exclude holidays should be visible in the UI, under the date selection
