Upload (large) archives to GitHub owned storage may fail client side with a timeout if there is a proxy that doesn't handle large file uploads (the failure is not explicit and may be masked) or on very slow connections.
Reproduction Steps
Migrate a large archive > 100 MIB and see if it fails with a timeout
