Agent Memory Not Updated After Task Generation

In my initial runs (using claude code), the CLAUDE.md file doesn't not appear to be updated after the plan.md is generated. Even after running /tasks, verifying that the tasks.md is created and looks correct, the CLAUDE.md file is not updated. I noticed this after finding the tasks not getting updated with [x] in tasks.md when executing the tasks file.

I'll also note in general, not having an execution command (I get why it isn't necessarily a part of this) added some confusion upon initial work with this.

it may be that I had run something in between phases that got my CLAUDE.md in my repository root updated. So perhaps this is intended behavior?
