[BUG] - Textarea forgets its default state

Describe the bug

I have a form where I use Textarea component. When the form is submitted first time, the component immediately forgets its state and is cleared. If I submit again, it submits empty value. But if I hover above the component, the value is displayed and also submitted.

1. Init form with empty value
2. Submit form with some text

Expected behavior

Submitted value is displayed and set as default.

It is very simple form, basically something like this:
