disable abbreviating csv inference output with ellipses

Running inference.py with --results-format csv sometimes abbreviates the output with ellipses (...):

Example output:

filename,logit
redacted.jpg,"[-0.17382812 -0.13928223 -0.07202148 ... -0.07617188  0.5151367
  0.03213501]"
