Improved Sixel features; better terminal detection

• Various terminals with Sixel support have different subtle and incompatible ways how they treat cursor placement and deal with newlines; a new environment variable TIMG_SIXEL_NEWLINE_WORKAROUND provides ways to choose one if it can not be auto-detected from the terminal.
• More ways to detect terminals and debug the process.
