Multiple Knapsack model #18

It is needed to develop a Multiple Knapsack model that can be used coupled with RAVEN when
the desired optimization problem requires the use of specific models to generate
knapsack required parameters.

Creation of an ad-hoc model which inherits from the ExternalModelPluginBase class
