Implement deformed mesh solve

Use the concept from the Marmot swelling models in which Allen-Cahn and Cahn-Hilliard PDEs are transformed using a mesh displacement tensor and its determinant. This will allow us to apply mesh bias (i.e. deforming the regular grid to redistribute mesh resolution or align the grid with prescribed geometries). Potentially investigate reprojection between different deformation fields as a pathway to adaptive grid refinement.
