Set up CI for nightly builds ?

Hi, recently there were quite some updates made to packages in the env responsible for xeus-cpp-lite on emscripten-forge.

I reckon similar updates keep happening for other python and r based packages too.

Having a nightly build would be beneficial as it would pick up latest builds for every package cc @jtpio

Maybe there could indeed be a GitHub Action with a daily schedule (using https://docs.github.com/en/actions/tutorials/manage-your-work/schedule-issue-creation). And have a way to visualize whether the build succeeded somewhere.

Although not sure the demo should always be built with the latest packages, in case a new change breaks the environment?

@anutosh491 what about pinning xeus-cpp, would that help? Which happens to not be the case at the moment:
