Nominating Alice and Lubo as KubeVirt maintainers

Nominating Alice and Lubo to become KubeVirt maintainers.

I think this is long overdue as both have long embodied the role of the project maintainer.

Both are heavily involved in guiding the project through thoughtful reviews and feature work, representing KubeVirt at conferences, community engagement, and through mentoring. They show great leadership and technical authority at both deep and broad levels.

I'm happy to support this proposal. The project will benefit from additional active maintainers. Alice and Lubo have consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to the project and community. To me, this recognition is simply a reflection of the work they are already doing.

I also want to acknowledge that there are others in the community who are making meaningful and excellent contributions. I look forward to future opportunities to expand the maintainer group further as the project continues to grow.
