Is Active Hydration implemented? 

Hello , As mentioned in [this blog](https://markus.oberlehner.net/blog/partial-hydration-concepts-lazy-and-active) , is the active hydration implemented? My project fulfills the criteria of having this feature and need to know if it can be used with nuxt 2 and vuejs 2. Thanks
