Pull Request Overview
This PR updates the 04-stats-and-probability lesson by adding a diabetes dataset and updating the Python version in the Jupyter notebook. It also includes an unrelated URL update in the Nepali translation.

There is an extra space after 'क्विज-' that should be removed. It should be 'क्विज-app' without the space.
