I did some searching and it looks like these are the localization files for TS in VS, so, I feel less worried merging this now. |

It's our belief that these were checked in accidentally 3 years ago and never touched again, and we just didn't remove them. We've been shipping this since TS 3.7, and it consists of 78 files (~45%) or 2.7 MB (~4%) of our package.
