Show Vite Version in addition to Nuxt and Nitro

Describe the feature

Nuxt and Nitro versions are shown when building or running the dev server - but @danielroe an I noticed that the Vite version is not!

It would be great to show it in addition to them, and also show if rolldown-vite or the normal Vite is used!

PS: Should we consider the Vue version too (I feel that it gets too much at one point and Vue is moving way slower)?

I get the concern about clutter, but I think Vue is such a core part that it would be nice to include its version too.
