Separate font attribute reporting into speech and braille #16755

Users would prefer the ability to separate the reporting of formatting between speech and braille.
Describe the solution you'd like
Change "Report font attributes" in "Document formatting" to be a dropdown where users can select between off, speech, braille, or speech and braille.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Implementing a tab control where users can set speech and braille reporting separately.
