Slow focus and error in SQL Server management Studio on recent Alpha builds

Steps to reproduce:

1. Instal Microsoft SQL Server MaManagement Studio
2. Start and focus the app

Actual behavior:

NVDA freezes for around a second, then logs an error and reads focus.

Expected behavior:

Instant focus and reading of the interface

NVDA logs, crash dumps and other attachments:

NVDA installed/portable/running from source:

Running from source, also happens with installed versions

NVDA version:

source-master-fea7c35 (2026.1.0.0)

Windows version:

Windows 11 25h2

Name and version of other software in use when reproducing the issue:

SSMS 21.4.36408.4'

When I revert #18834, the issue does not occur.

Note: updated the comment below. My initial assumption about oledll was wrong.

Pinpointed this to oleacc.WindowFromAccessibleObject.

I found the following issues that are all problematic by themselves.

1. oleacc.WindowFromAccessibleObject passes a c_int parameter (should be HWND)
2. IAccessibleHandler.windowFromAccessibleObject has a bare except. This may explain why point 1 was not discovered

I also noticed that winBindings.oleacc.WindowFromAccessibleObject uses windll whereas the original call in oleacc used oledll. I initially thought oledll had builtin error handling, but the error handling is part of ctypes.HRESULT
